A Scoping Review Protocol of Anti-Racism Programs and Practices in Higher Education:
Implications for Developing Interventions to Advance Racial Equity.

Semester: Fall 2023

Presentation description

Ongoing systemic racism in higher education adversely impacts BIPOC students and faculty. Despite diversity calls, there's a lack of comprehensive standards for successful diverse interactions and limited progress in anti-racist practices that hinders organizational outcomes. Our scoping review protocol aims to identify and map out anti-racism programs in the US and Canada's higher education.
