Collagen damage calculation after streching the sample. Collagen hybridizing peptide will bind to the damaged site of the collegan and show up during the confocal imaging. With the images we can calculate the damage by comparing the sample to the control. Plot all the percent brightness calculated and identify the daage thresholds.
