Presentation description

Due to the unique manufacturing, the LLDPE and Perlon polymer yarned fibers must be processed into an appropriate set-up to be tested. However, upon initial testing, several observations showed that the sample fibers often snapped during tensile testing, especially near the fixed ends of the sample. The major concern was whether the cause of this premature failure resulted from the fiber material itself or the processing method such as the adhesive used to fix the ends.
