Presentation description
We believe that blood flow within peripheral nerves is a prognostic biomarker for regenerative potential. Recently, by combining DTI and IVIM, we introduced a theoretical formalism to describe partially incoherent micro-circulation in peripheral nerves. This technique uses a biexponential fit of signal intensity across b-values, which is differs from standard DTI which uses a monoexponential fit. Therefore, we need existing methods to optimize or develop a new fitting method.
